Event Details

This 1 day wellbeing experience is designed to help you not only to understand your personal resilience and what underpins it, but also how to pro-actively and continually improve it.  Resilience is a highly developable trait and this workshop will expose you to the latest thinking, approaches and techniques which will have a real impact on your resilience and overall sense of wellbeing. You will get plenty of opportunities to try out different techniques in a safe but invigorating environment, and importanly take away your own personal growth plan which you can integrate into your daily life, immediately upon completion of the day.

Facilitated by two experts in the field of personal and organisational resilience, and set in the tranquil and beautiful surroundings of Kenwood Hall in Sheffiiled, this promises to be a unique day, one in which you can take the time to consider your personal resilience and overall wellbeing in depth.

What is the refund policy?

Because of the nature of the day and contract terms with the hotel, which is based on certain numbers, it  is not possible to offer a refund against purchase of any tickets. In the event you are unable to attend, you can, of course offer your place to another person, and enter into your own arrangementsseparately.  All we ask is that you let us know about the details of the alternative person(s) attending in advance of the day.

In the highly unlikely event of the event being cancelled by the organisers, you will of course, be refunded your monies as quickly as possible. 


Can you cater for specific dietary requirements, ie gluten free or vegan?

We have endeavoured to ensure a wide range of delicious and healthy foods are available including plenty of salads and protein including chicken and salmon. However if you are celiac or have any specific requirement you want us to take care of, again, please let us know at least 1 week before the event. 

Will I receive a separate invoice/recipt of payment for my records?

Once you have registered and paid the event fees, we will send you a confirmation email which will have a paid invoice attached for your records. Please ensure you complete your address details when registering to ensure we can send a completed document to you. 

Is there anything specific I need to bring along on the day.

Full details of what you need to bring will be included in the joining instructions, which will be sent to you approximately a week before the 13th November. In essence, you need to be comfortable, so ensure you wear comfortable clothing and also bring a pair of outdoor shoes and an outdoor jacket as (weather permitting) you will be spending some of the time outdoors.

They are working collaboratively on this project, bringing a wealth of experience, expertise and research. Julie Hickton of Natures Coaching Ltd is a published author. Her book, The tree of resilience is a highly informative look at personal resilience using case studies to highlight the key components of resilience.
