Growing through Change and Conflict

Growing through Change and Conflict offers support and training to Church Leaders and Church Members, lay and ordained, as they recognise and respond to conflict. The day offers the opportunity to consider our own personal responses to conflict, to discuss our experience of conflict within a small group, to explore how conflict escalates within a faith setting, and to consider some simple techniques to lower the level of the conflicts that we experience.
