Tyfu gwirfoddoli ar draws y maes iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol

Dydd Iau 27 Hydref 2022 - 10.30am - 12.30pm (Arlein)

Mae angen i ni dyfu gwirfoddoli: er mwyn ehangu ac ymestyn gweithgareddau gwirfoddolwyr a hefyd i wella’r ffocws strategol, y cynllunio, yr adnoddau a’r effaith. Mae angen i’n gwasanaethau iechyd a gofal ddod o hyd i ffyrdd o weithio gyda’r holl adnoddau sydd ar gael o fewn ein cymunedau, gan gynnwys gwirfoddolwyr, os ydynt am atal yr argyfwng cynyddol o ran capasiti.

Mae’r weminar hon wedi’i threfnu ar y cyd gan Helplu ac CGGC. Bydd yn cyflwyno rhai ffyrdd y gall Helplu gynorthwyo mudiadau i dyfu gwirfoddoli, gan gynnwys datblygu gwasanaethau newydd i wirfoddolwyr, gwerthuso canlyniadau iechyd gweithgareddau gwirfoddol a digwyddiadau ar-lein, fforymau ac adnoddau.

Byddwn ni’n clywed am brofiadau prosiectau yng Nghymru a Lloegr, a bydd digon o gyfle am gwestiynau a thrafodaeth.

Mae’r digwyddiad yn fwyaf perthnasol i’r rheini â chyfrifoldeb dros wirfoddoli sy’n ymwneud ag iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol, boed hynny yn y GIG neu mewn lleoliadau cymunedol. Bydd hefyd o ddiddordeb i’r rheini mewn rolau strategol, cyrff seilwaith gwirfoddoli ac i’r rheini â diddordeb mewn datblygu gwasanaethau integredig ac arloesedd o fewn y maes iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol.

Ynglŷn â CGGC:

CGGC yw’r corff cenedlaethol ar gyfer mudiadau gwirfoddol yng Nghymru, a’i bwrpas yw galluogi mudiadau gwirfoddol yng Nghymru i wneud mwy o wahaniaeth gyda’n gilydd.

Growing volunteering across health and social care

We need to grow volunteering: both to expand and extend volunteer activity and also to improve the strategic focus, planning, resourcing and impact. Our health and care services need to find ways of working with all available resources within our communities, including volunteers, if they are to avert a growing crisis of capacity.

This webinar is jointly organised by Helpforce and WCVA. It will introduce some ways in which Helpforce can support organisations to grow volunteering, including the development of new volunteer services, evaluating health outcomes of volunteer activity and online events, forums and resources.

We will hear from projects in Wales and England about their experience, and there will be ample opportunity for questions and discussion.

The event is most relevant to those who have responsibility for volunteering aligned to health and social care, whether in NHS or community settings. It will be of interest also to those in strategic roles, volunteering infrastructure bodies and to those with interest in integrated service development and innovation within health and social care.
