The Digital Tech Cluster has been set up to create an environment that supports the growth of digital tech companies and creates an inclusive community that shares experience and success. The cluster seeks to play a key role in helping ambitious digital tech start-ups and scale-ups meet their ambitious growth plans and drive innovation across the whole economy.

We have created this free, online workshop for leaders of digital tech start-ups and scale-ups to help them understand how to grow a team effectively, avoiding common mistakes.
