Description

The GBSLEP Growth Hub, in partnership with Midven and Natwest, are launching a series of Investment Readiness workshops for businesses seeking investment.

Entrepreneurs in Greater Birmingham and Solihull are invited to register for the first two-day workshop, where they will gain a better understanding of what investors are actually looking for, gain clarity on the whole process of raising investment and learn how to prepare your early-stage business to investors.


The free workshop will take place at the NatWest Entrepreneur Accelerator - 7 Brindley Place, Birmingham on 26th July and 2nd August 2018.


The sessions will cover:

The different types of investment available; Equity, Grants, Debt etc

What all the terminology means

How to create a structured and strategic business plan

How to create achievable financial forecasts

What investors look for in a pitch and how to pitch successfully

How to structure your company legally to ensure a smooth investment process

Expert advice on Employment law
