Growth: Learning from the World Church (MDT)
Sat 6 May 2017, 09:30 – 15:00 BST
Living God’s Love encourages us to be “making new disciples”. But why should anyone outside the church want to be a disciple at all? Our faith and our churches need to be attractive if they are going to draw people to Jesus Christ. So how might that happen?
Looking beyond our parochial horizons to the World Church, we see many places where people are coming to faith daily and the Anglican Church is growing rapidly. So what makes them so attractive, and what can we learn from them that is relevant to our local contexts?
This event will be led by Richard Bartlett, Director for Mission at USPG.
