The best leaders inspire through their own behaviours. Our one-day masterclass is an immersive experience designed to create an impact.

The morning session is aimed at developing emotionally aware leaders who inspire and influence their teams. The afternoon session focuses on how thinking more entrepreneurially can drive success.

Through a blend of online, virtual reality and interactive exercises, we equip emerging leaders to lead high performing teams.

We focus on enploy’s six proven areas of an entrepreneurial mindset: creative thinking, opportunity recognition, tolerance to risk, emotional intelligence, self-belief & leadership.

Additional takeaways include complimentary access to one elearning course and personal facilitator kits.

What you will learn:

Emerging leaders leave with an action plan that focuses on enhancing up to three of their leadership behaviours.

We discuss and provide tools & techniques to enable emerging leaders to:

8:45am: Registration, breakfast and networking

9:00am: Welcome and introduction to Growth Mindset and Entrepreneurial Behaviour

9:30am: Session1: Growing you as a leader (reflecting on style and motivators)

11:00am: Session 2: Influencing positive behaviours (psychology theory, virtual reality scenarios and activities exploring listening, empathy, flexibility and difficult conversations)

12:30pm: Lunch: Peer to peer sharing – discussion about the little things that matter to us all at work – appreciation, celebrating milestones and encouragement

1:00pm: Session 3: Taking the diagnostic (10 mins online profile highlighting entrepreneurial strengths and growth opportunities)

1:30pm: Session 4: Creating Success through Entrepreneurial Behaviours - Part 1 (psychology theory, eflection, techniques and activities exploring tolerance to risk and resilience)

2:50pm: Session 5: Creating Success through Entrepreneurial Behaviours - Part 2 (psychology theory, case study and tools enhancing opportunity recognition and creative thinking)

4:00pm Finish: Identification of key takeaways for action plan. Access to playbook, online learning, and facilitator kit.

15+ years of experience developing individuals and training groups in both the US and UK. Currently running her own business alongside training, she is applying these principles on a daily basis.

About Our Content:

Prof Elizabeth Chell: Professor of Entrepreneurial Behaviour at Kingston University, London with over 35 years' experience. Elizabeth is internationally renowned and has been extensively published on topics including entrepreneurship, innovation and entrepreneurial personality. Her research was instrumental in creating our Entrepreneurial Mindset and Behaviours diagnostic.

Prof Richard Crisp PhD, FBPsS: Head of Psychology at Durham University, Behavioural Scientist and author of The Social Brain. Richard translates his behavioural insights into tips and techniques that we use to help people develop themselves as leaders.

Are there any prerequisites before attending the course?

We provide everything needed on the day so you do not need to pre-read or bring anything with you on the day.

What’s the cancellation policy?

Cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the start of a course without cost. After that point the full course fee is due independent of whether the registered person takes part in the course or not. Participants can be substituted without charge.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Piccadilly Circus, Charing Cross and Leicester Square tube stops are all within a 4-6 minute walk away.

The nearest bus stops are around the corner on Cockspur Streeet at Trafalgar Square.
