GROWTH PLAN WORKSHOP

We will help you focus on the right next steps to skyrocket your growth.

Struggling to achieve that hockey stick traction you need to get to the next funding stage? Let’s understand together why and prioritise the next steps.

This hands-on 4 hour workshop helps funded startups assess their current growth strategy by evaluating alignment between target market segments and the product plan. Together we will identify what is undermining or slowing your current growth journey and what steps are required to unlock your product’s market potential.


Outcome of the workshop

The workshop will provide participants with clear next steps to uncover a viable path to cross the chasm and achieve sustainable growth.

This hands-on event will help you to:

  1. Understand how well defined your beachhead market is - is this the right market to build a position of strength and attack adjacent markets opportunities?

  2. Assess of your current traction model and define immediately actionable steps to unlock your startup’s growth potential.

  3. Prioritise assumptions to be validated by completing test cards.



WORKSHOP SCHEDULE

13:00 - How a well executed beach head strategy can help you achieve growth and ‘cross the chasm’: a collection of case studies.

13:30 - Collective work to identify the key elements of an effective growth strategy. Each startup will share their reactions to the case studies and how they apply to their own business.

14:00 - How an effective beachhead strategy works. A step by step guide.

14:15 - Assessment of the current traction model supported by facilitators. Each startup will conduct the work individually, so no need to worry about sharing your figures with others.

15:00 - Short break

15:15 - Action planning: select appropriate work group (1 or 2) to scope about potential action points

  1. How to identify the segments for an effective beach head strategy?
  2. How to identify issues in product or marketing channels/messaging that are undermining growth

16:00 - Definition of the most immediate practical next steps to achieve growth, supported by the workshop facilitators.

16:30 - Final Q&A

17:00 - Wrap up and PIZZA


Who is the workshop for?

The workshop is open to any funded startups (post seed stage) who need to achieve growth to reach the next funding stage. The entry price is for each participant, and a maximum of FOUR team members are allowed for each startup.


What you need to prepare ahead of the workshop?

You will have to complete a template that we will send you in advance. The will help guide you to collect the key KPIs that you will need to assess your current growth plan. You are not going to send us the form, nor share it with the rest of the class. It’s just a working tool to help you get the most out of the workshop.


What is the refund policy?

We understand that emergencies happen, but unfortunately we can’t refund a booked workshop seat at this time. There are very limited places, and your booking meant someone else couldn’t attend.
