How do you make a good business great? How can businesses in the North West gain the upper hand? Join us for an engaging and insightful session of eye-opening talks that will inspire you, and your business, to take the next step in your growth.
This short workshop will give you everything you need to get yourself up to speed in the emerging world of online business development and digital marketing.
Session 1 - How ambitious SMEs can take on the big boys and win
Lindsey Moore of Agnes Marketing has worked on marketing strategies and campaigns for some of the biggest and best loved brands. She now works with SMEs helping them to think and act as the big brands do, but within the budget of a small business.
Lindsey will be sharing little known tactics and real-life examples of how SMEs have taken on the big boys at marketing and won. Those that attend will be given resources to help them start thinking differently and making these changes to their own marketing efforts.
Session 2 - Create a winning digital marketing strategy to turn prospects into customers
Phil Birss has an extensive marketing background having worked both client-side as group marketing manager for a major recruitment and contracting business, and agency side in strategy and project-based roles for a number of leading North West agencies. He now runs his own marketing and communications agency in Liverpool, Elephant Digital.
Drawing on this unique perspective and his passion for all things marketing, Phil will be sharing his insights into driving business growth through clear brand strategy and a highly tailored digital marketing tactical plan. Those that attend will take away practical advice on how to get web users to their website, and, crucially, how to convert them into paying customers.
