These Quarterly Planning Workshops are designed for business owners and senior managers who will get the most benefit from the day, although anyone is welcome. Many business owners choose to bring one or two of their senior team too as it's a great opportunity to get them fully engaged with your growth plans, whilst rewarding them with bespoke learning.
