What is GrowthClub?
If you’ve ever had that feeling of time slipping by too quickly, of not making enough progress in your business or simply feeling on the verge of being over-whelmed by the list of things you could work on – you’re experiencing the symptoms of a lack of strategic thinking and planning.
Once a quarter our team of coaches host an in-person community event for our clients to step away from their businesses to think, review, learn, problem-solve, set goals and plan.
The end result is a clear, personal plan of action for the coming quarter, for every business in the room.

What structure / approach do you follow for GrowthClub?
When you look beneath the terminology, most short-term strategic planning follows the same basic process:

- Where are you now?
- What’s stopping?
Within this, our approach is to make sure that you are in the driving seat, because we’re not the stars of the show – you are.
The coaching team facilitate the day, but we are keenly aware of the value you get from hearing from fellow business owners and peer-to-peer learning and support.
We give you the platform to share your successes and challenges so that your experiences can benefit others just as you will learn from them.
And the coaches are there to fill in the gaps and keep things on track.
