Grub Club Cambs at The Three Horseshoes
Thu 6 April 2017, 19:00 – 22:00 BST
We’re really excited to be heading to The Three Horseshoes in Madingley for our April dinner.
The Three Horseshoes is a picturesque thatched inn with a small, bustling bar and a pretty conservatory-restaurant overlooking a large garden. In August 2016 The Three Horseshoes was taken over again by John and Julia Hoskins’s company Huntsbridge, which had run it for many years until 1997 – and which also owns and runs The Old Bridge at Huntingdon.
We’ll be treated to two delicious courses plus a glass of wine - and this time you get to choose what you'd like.
Lentil, ricotta and aubergine moussaka with a rocket salad
Pan fried cod with roast new potatoes, black olives, cavolo nero, caper butter & salsa verde
Roast pork belly with potato bake, caramelized onion, spinach & apple sauce
Lemon pannacotta, Italian meringue & shortbread crumb
Sticky toffee pudding, toffee shards & Amaretto cream
Rhubarb and almond cake with orange & rosemary ice cream
