Event Details

We are delighted to announce a very special Guilty Feminist to celebrate International Women’s Day. Join host Deborah Frances-White and guests as we take over the Barbican for the live version of everyone’s favourite podcast, in association with The Guardian.

Since its launch in December 2015, The Guilty Feminist has become a podcasting phenomenon with over 50 million downloads. Every week comedian Deborah Frances-White and her guests discuss their noble goals as feminists while confessing their insecurities and paradoxes that undermine them.

Guests have included top comedians such as Sarah Millican, Sara Pascoe, Aparna Nancherla, Andi Osho, Sindhu Vee and Hannah Gadsby, as well as TV and movie stars such as Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Lolly Adefope, Roisin Conaty, Susan Wokoma, Emma Thompson, Gemma Arterton and Sharon Horgan - plus activists, experts, writers, MPs, campaigners, novelists and scientists.

Running time: 2 hours 45 minutes, including a 20-minute interval.

Wheelchair users and visitors who require an assistant may bring a companion free of charge. To book a free companion ticket please email guardianlive.events@theguardian.com
