GUEST SPEAKER - Craig Shakespeare

UCFB are delighted to announce that our first Guest Speaker for 2018-19 is former Leicester City Manager Craig Shakespeare.

Alongside Claudio Ranieri, the pair led the club to a famous maiden Premier League title in their first season together, reaching the Champions League Quarter Final the season after. After the departure of Ranieri in 2017, Shakespeare took charge as the Manager of the club, finishing his first season in charge in 12th position. After a tough start to the next Premier League campaign, Shakespeare departed the King Power Stadium in October 2017.

Shakespeare has also had a playing career in midfield for Walsall, Sheffield Wednesday, West Bromwich Albion, Grimsby Town, Scunthorpe United and non-league football, as well as coaching the England team during the short tenure of Sam Allardyce.

This event is a fantastic opportunity to hear from a manager who has worked at the very top of football and learn about the steps he took to reach this position.
