Move Into It! with Genetra Tull (UCB, Holy Shit Improv)
Get out of your head and into your body in this high energy workshop focused on building characters from the outside in. Through movement based exercises, music, and playful scene work, participants will explore how status, tempo, and physicality shape strong, dynamic characters. Perfect for all experience levels, this workshop encourages bold choices, quick thinking, and embodied storytelling. No overthinking, just move, and let the character emerge.
Genetra is an improviser/actor known for her bold physicality, quick wit, and dynamic stage presence. A staple in the LA comedy scene, she’s performed on Harold Night at UCB and iO West and is currently on UCB’s house team JV. She has appeared in shows like Hulu’s Dollface and Showtime’s It’s A Party. Trained at UCB, Second City, and iO West, Genetra blends sharp comedic instincts with deep character work, making her a standout on any stage.
