Guided Family Bird Walk with the RSPB
About this event
Join us for an early morning bird walk to discover the variety of species who call Cannizaro Park home. With expert guidance from the RSPB Richmond & Twickenham Local Group we will find and identify a selection of our fine-feathered friends. All proceeds from this event will go to the RSPB.
This walk is open to everyone aged 7+ (all children must be accompanied by an adult) and all levels of birding knowledge. Please bring a pair of binoculars if you have them and wear appropriate clothing and shoes. This event will be held in line with current Covid-19 Government guidelines including social distancing.
Please meet our Friends of Cannizaro Park volunteer at the Main Gate at 8:20am on Sunday 23 May.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Refunds will only be offered due to cancellation by the organisers (including due to COVID-19 restrictions). The weather on the day will not be considered a valid reason for cancellation unless considered to be a safety risk. Guests who are unable to attend or who choose not to attend the event are not eligible for a refund if the event goes ahead.
This event has been organised by the Friends of Cannizaro Park, a registered charity, working to ensure that the park remains a jewel in Wimbledon’s crown, wildlife haven and treasured attraction for all its many visitors.
