Guided Fungi Walks with Pickle and Brew (Yorkshire Fungi Fest 2025)

We'd recommend sturdy and waterproof footwear or wellies, and lots of layers! It could still be midge and mosquito season so we highly recommend wearing insect repellent.

Accessible toilets and baby changing facilities are located in our visitor centre . Wholesome lunches and homemade cakes are available in our welcoming café, located in our visitor centre. Toilets are also available in the education centre where some activites are taking place

Free parking is available at Potteric Carr nature reserve. We can get busy at times, there is alternative parking on the other side of the road to our main entrance or park in the park and ride near Morrisons.

Your guided walk ticket will include admission to Potteric Carr nature reserve. For anyone not attending a chargeable event, admission fees apply (see the Potteric Carr webpage for pricing). Wildlife Trust members can visit Potteric Carr nature reserve free of charge.
