Meditation can help you to heal your emotional and physical pain, by reducing stress and anxiety.

In this workshop I will be guiding you through a meditation, which is a personal inner journey, that brings about peace, calm, and deep relaxation. You will be following my voice which will be accompanied by soft gentle music in the background. Choose a comfortable position, get a cushion or blanket if you need and a glass of water, light a candle if you can. Take a deep breath relax and let go.

Remember whilst meditating we are not trying to stop our thoughts, but to become more aware of our thoughts and emotions, and learn how to move through them, without getting stuck.

Meditation can help you rediscover, enjoy, and make practical use of, the positive qualities already latent within you. Meditating regularly can helps to increase confidence, become more creative and more productive.

You will learn the powerful practice of Meditation that will help you to create, calm, peace and connect with your inner power, this is deeply comforting.
