Come along to experience the joy of meditation for yourself! This class is ideal for experienced meditators or beginners (you don't need to have meditated before). We will begin with a guided meditation led by me, followed by a short 5 minute break to loosen and stretch the body. We will then resume with another guided meditation and complete with a free space to either be silent or share our experiences with each other :)
Classes are drop-in, £12. No need to bring anything - just be ready to enjoy yourself and be open to the peace and relaxation you may feel!

Do I need to bring anything? No! You just need to bring yourself and show an electronic copy of your ticket or pay £12 cash on the day.
Do I need to have meditated before? No, no experience is necessary. Beginners are welcome!
