Welcome to Sanity Club. A meditation taster course of 4 where you can find the meditation style that suits you. We will have the chance to explore what meditation is and how we can use it to create vibrant, mindful and most of all manageable moments in our lives. Consider this investment time in YOU.

The benefits of meditation included reduced blood pressure, better breathing, more positive self image, improved mental focus, improved sleep and more rational response to lifes stresses. All this leads to you being more productive, more receptive and more creative.

We meditate, we discuss, we mediate again and we take our new skills home to practice throughout the week til the next meet. This way we focus on our improvements and create our meditation practice.
