April Block Booking: Sunday 14th, 21st & 28th

Experienced Wellbeing Practitioner Lindsay Claire will hold the space for you take time out and relax through mindful breath work and guided meditation. Each week you will be fully supported and guided into a deep relaxation meditation designed to promote complete relaxation, healing, releasing and improved mental wellbeing.

Lindsay is a qualified Meditation and Mindfulness Practitioner, Mental Health & Wellbeing Counselling Practitioner and Healer with Enhanced DBS Certification and Fully Insured.

Based at our beautiful space in Sherfield Park Community Centre with ample free parking. April booking is a three week block and spaces are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment as we tend to sell out.

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to bring?

We'd like you to feel as comfy as possible to get the most from your meditation. Whether you sit in a chair, sit on the floor or lay down. Please bring your own mat to lay on and any pillow's & blankets. There is no such thing as bringing too much :-).

What shall I wear?

Please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. You will get the most out of your meditation if you feel completely comfortable. Onesie's & PJ's are welcome :-).

Are children allowed to attend?

Yes, under 16's are very welcome to attend with an accompanying adult purchased ticket. To ensure the child is suitable for our classes, we would need to carry out a brief suitability check and a consent form would need completing by the adult. Lindsay Claire has full enhanced DBS clearance.

What does meditation feel like?

We will help you feel completely comfortable and supported through breath work and guided meditation. You will experience a deep relaxation, peace and complete time out for you to just be.

Location

Our classes are held in a beautiful community hall overlooking a big natural green space in Sherfield on Loddon. There is plenty of free parking. As you enter the centre, please take a seat in the relaxing reception area and we will invite you in once the hall is ready.

How might I feel during meditation?

Meditation gives a feeling of calm, peace and balance that benefits your emotional well-being and your overall health. It is relaxing and helps release stress. Emotions can come to the surface during meditation, this is perfectly normal and is your bodies way of releasing and letting go.

I have never done this before!

Our classes are designed for everybody, they are completely inclusive. Each week we will facilitate a guided meditation that is suitable for the complete beginner to the advanced.

What if I can't make a class?

Each week there will be a new meditation, which does not necessarily follow on from the previous week. Our guided meditations are changed weekly to offer a variety of techniques and guided journeys. If you miss a week, you will not fall behind.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, due to our outgoing costs and the popularity of our classes, we are unable to offer refunds. However, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else to attend in your place.
