Weekly guided meditation session on Saturdays from 10-11am`
Meditation is a powerful break for the mind. It is essential to your mental wellbeing and can strengthen your resistance to the stresses we face every day as parents and carers of autistic children (of any age!)
What is it? Guided mediation is where you are lead, by a facilitator, on a mental journey. It is like a guided daydream through forests, across serene beaches, and other wonderful destinations!
We will meet in a comfortable room in St Peter's Church Hall. This is behind St Peter's Church. The room will be very clearly marked. It is the first room on the right.
You will come in and sit down and maybe have a natter with the others. Then our meditation leader will bring us into a relaxed state and take us through the meditation.
Afterwards, we'll all have a cuppa and a chat and come back into the real world gently!
