Guided Nature Walk
Overview
Wrap up warm and come join Josh Forrester, Coastal Ranger with the DUNE Project, for a free guided nature walk this January. Explore Cleethorpes Local Nature Reserve and the surrounding areas as we discover the rich wildlife of the Humber Estuary during one of its most important times of year.
Autumn and winter brings thousands of waders and wildfowl to our coastline, resting and feeding in preparation for their long migratory journeys. With Josh as your guide, you’ll learn about the birds and other wildlife that rely on our estuary for survival.
You’ll have the chance to see overwintering ducks, flocks of wading birds and congregations of geese within the setting of Cleethorpes’ coastal landscape.
