Yoga Nidra is a simple yet potent form of guided meditation that drops your body into a rest and repair state whilst holding you in a state of awareness. 20 minutes is said to be equivalent to 3 hours deep sleep and the source of our greatest creative vision.

You will be taken through a guided meditation, learn about the key seasons and stages, how to avoid burning out, identify the pressure points and how to overcome them. You leave feeling deeply rested, energised and full of fresh vision.
