Join Ryan Powell, Canalside Projects Coordinator at the Canal & River Trust, for a guided walk along the Grand Union Canal and the chance to explore this fasinating urban environment. We will be identifying plants common to the canalside and discussing their folk lore, traditional uses in cooking and medicine and the role they play in the ecosystems of the city.

The walk will be about 1km long with the possibility of extending if the appitite and energy are there.
