Join us for an afternoon of deep relaxation and healing as we combine the restorative practices of Reiki, guided gratitude meditation, and a soothing sound bath.

This unique experience is designed to help you:

  • Release stress and tension
  • Reconnect with gratitude and inner peace
  • Restore balance in mind, body and spirit
  • Immerse yourself in the calming vibrations of Tibetan bowls, gong and other healing instruments.

We’ll begin with a Reiki-infused guided meditation, helping you ground and open to gratitude. Reiki energy supports emotional balance, clarity, and deep relaxation.

The afternoon will then flow into a therapeutic sound bath, where the vibrations of Tibetan bowls, gong, drum and other instruments gently reset your nervous system, release energetic blockages, and promote harmony.

We will finish the afternoon with the option to draw an oracle card and/or enjoy a quiet moment for reflection.

A yoga mat, blanket and pillow will be provided for extra comfort.

This event is perfect for anyone seeking to relax, reset, and nurture themselves through meditation and sound healing.

About Your Facilitator

My name is Blaithin, and I am a Sound Healer, Reiki Master, and Intuitive Energy Healer with over 30 years of experience as a nurse in both the UK and Australia. After 27 years in Australia, I felt a strong pull to return home to London and begin building a healing centre here.

Throughout my journey, I’ve witnessed how caring for our emotional and spiritual health deeply impacts our physical wellbeing. Sound healing, in particular, has become an increasingly powerful and accessible tool for reducing stress, improving relaxation, and supporting overall wellness.

Sound baths require no physical fitness, making them available to almost everyone — and they are as enjoyable as they are healing. I love holding space for others to restore and reconnect, and I too benefit from the beautiful healing frequencies.

I look forward to sharing this experience with you.

What is Reiki

Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that restores the flow and balance of energy within the body, mind, and soul. Reiki is based on the belief that there is a life force energy “Ki” that flows through every living thing. When this energy becomes blocked it can lead to illness and disease.

What is a Sound Bath

A sound bath is an alternative therapy that uses sound vibrations to improve and maintain emotional and physical well-being. The practitioner uses instruments which create vibrations to encourage the vibrations in the body. These instruments include gong, Tibetan bowls, drum and chimes.

What should I bring/wear

Its best to dress in loose and comfortable clothes and drink plenty of water before and after your retreat. Mats, pillows and blankets will be provided for your comfort, but you can bring your own if you wish to do so.
