Guided scribbles: Session 2
Overview
This is an opportunity to experience some of the tools I use as a life coach in standalone sessions - sort of a toolkit for life if you like. It's an introduction to what's out there with refs.
This second tool that we'll explore is a journaling exercise. It enables you to ask the question: What are you carrying? To take a moment to breathe and exhale as you do.
What to expect (if you say yes to this space)
- First 10 minutes: Introductions - to me and each other. I’ll walk us gently into what this practice is — how I came across it, and how it can be helpful.
- Next 10 minutes: Time to journal in silence - with reflection prompts if useful.
- Final 10 minutes: A gentle landing. Time to notice what came up — maybe calm, maybe tension. Optional sharing. Then, softly back out into your day or eve.
This is a soft invitation. Sometimes what needs to shift isn’t obvious — it might show up slowly. I've kept it low cost as I may ask for a bit of feedback afterwards. If you choose to share feedback [optional] it will help inform the service for others.

A bit about me (in case you don’t know me yet)
I’m a coach working with founders, creatives and changemakers who often give a lot — and rarely give themselves space. I know what it’s like to juggle purpose, pressure, exhaustion and burn out. These sessions are small doors back to what feels true to us.
