Join Maria Chester in Glasgow for this short tour of some of the works she has highlighted in her BEA course ‘What Glasgow Gave to the World of Art’.
This tour is a separately bookable event and you do not need to have attended the course to join it. There are 12 places available.
Please make your own travel arrangements to Glasgow, which is easily reached from Berwick by train. The underground station Kelvinhall is half a mile from Kelvingrove Museum and Gallery, and there are several local buses to the door. There is a cafe and coffee shop at Kelvingrove.
We will meet Maria in the foyer at Kelvingrove Gallery at 1pm for a one hour tour looking at some of the works highlighted in her current course on artists connected with the Glasgow School of Art.
After the tour students can stay as long as they like and make their own way home at a time that suits them.
There is no need to print out and bring your ticket, as we will have a record of your booking.
