Guided Walk - A Roman Aqueduct
Sun 7 May 2017, 10:30 – 15:00 BST
Join our guided walk to visit a Roman Aqueduct.
Our walk takes in the remoter area north of Hadrian' s Wall with a chance to see the aqueduct that once fed water to Aesica Roman fort.
We return along the highest section of the wall over Winshields Crag where we enjoy wonderful 360 degree views of this Roman frontier land as well as some of the best sections of the Vallum ditch.
