Join our guided walk to Iron Age Hillforts & The Breamish Valley
Step back in time in this remote landscape to see how prehistoric people lived. Starting at the Ingram Bridge car park our route follows an old drovers road to Wether Hill Hillfort, then Cochrane Pike with magnificent views of the Cheviot and Simonside Hills.
Our route continues via the hillfort at Middle Dean to reach the impressive stone built hillfort of Brough Law, before descending to the road. We then turn west on road to Knock Burn before following the track north to join the path east to Reaveley Hill before returning to Ingram.
