On this entertaining, enlightening, and fascinating tour, follow your expert guide. If you know where to look, the past still communicates its secrets concealed by a city two-thousand years old. Ever wonder why we say ‘at sixes and sevens? and what are those badges on the lamps outside the Royal Exchange? Why are there no roads in the City of London? Yet these streets have such curious names: Love Lane anybody! We will discover clues to the City’s past in strange marks and curious symbols along the environs of Cheapside, why Cheap? keeping an eye out for Honey Bees, Demi -Maidens and Sun bursts. And so much more!
