Welcome to the Guildford Pottery Club! Get ready to unleash your creativity and get your hands dirty with clay.

LEARN THE BASICS OF MAKING ON THE POTTERS WHEEL AND CREATE YOUR VERY OWN POT!

You will have the chance to be taught hands on by pottery experts on the art of making pottery using the wheel.

April session 10am-4pm (group of 6)

May onwards we will run two time slots: 10am-12.30pm / 1-3.30pm

• Health and safety covering working with clay and the wheel.
• Demonstration of making cylindrical forms on the wheel.
• Making on the wheel with guidance from teacher.
• Overview of the making process, finishing, firing and glazing.
• By the end, you should each have two pieces which will then be fired and glazed for you (collection to be arranged).
