Guildford to Compton Circular Hike

Location: The White House, Guildford
Join North Downs Way Ambassador Pete Lambert on this lovely 8 mile circular walk from Guildford to Compton.
Starting on the old town bridge in Guildford outside the White House for 09:30am prompt we take the River Wey towards St. Catherines to join the North Downs Way.
From here we move on to Compton and visit the lovely Watts Gallery and then Watts Chapel before returning via the Loseley Estate.
Bring with you suitable walking attire and dress for the weather, fluids to hydrate and food for energy.
You may need money for drinks or food in the pub afterwards.
Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead.
There will be regular stops to talk about the area and the history.
