About this event

Webinar: Working with Guilt and Shame

Guilt and shame can be some of the most debilitating emotional experiences. In this webinar, you will gain tools and insights to help work effectively with both—whether for your own process or in supporting clients.

We will explore how guilt and shame are trauma-based, and how they often act as the glue that holds trauma patterns in place. I will offer a clear understanding of their origins and guide you in shifting the focus of attention through experiential experiments.

This is an experiential webinar, and there will be opportunities to explore your own process or bring client work (with appropriate anonymization).

Please note: The session will not be recorded in order to maintain confidentiality.

CPD certificates are available on request.

Two bursary places are available – please email charidge@gmail.com for details.

If you have a discount code, don’t forget to apply it.

Only available until the 31st July.

👉 Important: Please view the attached video before the session begins, as it will support and enrich your experience of the webinar.
