Webinar: Working with Guilt and Shame
Guilt and shame can be some of the most debilitating emotional experiences. In this webinar, you will gain tools and insights to help work effectively with both—whether for your own process or in supporting clients.
We will explore how guilt and shame are trauma-based, and how they often act as the glue that holds trauma patterns in place. I will offer a clear understanding of their origins and guide you in shifting the focus of attention through experiential experiments.
This is an experiential webinar, and there will be opportunities to explore your own process or bring client work (with appropriate anonymization).
Please note: The session will not be recorded in order to maintain confidentiality.
CPD certificates are available on request.
