#GuiltlessHealingParty is a campaign to combat the guilty feeling toward having conversations about mental health while breaking the stigma.
About this event
According to WHO mental health conditions are increasing worldwide. The #GuiltlessHealingParty aims to give a space to not only destigmatize mental health but to give small self-care solutions through interactive workshops and community building.
The campaign is targeted at the BIPOC and activist community to promote good mental health practices as well as give space to build a community to create resilience.
In the sixth workshop of the series, we will be kicking off BIPOC Mental Health Month by having an open conversation about what it's like being a BIPOC in a white-dominated space.
The campaign is split into small workshops throughout the year in the lead up to Mental Health Day, on October 10, for our final event.
