Cynllunio Gwelliant

Bydd y gweithdy hwn yn arfogi Cydlynwyr FfCD mewn ysgolion uwchradd â nifer o strategaethau i gynllunio'r ffordd ymlaen ar gyfer ymgorffori'r FfCD i gynlluniau gwaith adrannau. Yn seiliedig ar y dybiaeth y bydd pob ysgol yn tynnu sylw at y FfCD fel elfen bwysig o Gynllun Datblygu'r Ysgol y flwyddyn nesaf bydd y gweithdy hwn yn helpu Cydlynydd y FfCD i gynllunio ymlaen llaw. Canolbwyntir ar feithrin sgiliau arwain a ffyrdd o gydweithio gyda'r Uwch Dîm Rheoli yn ogystal â Phenaethiaid Adrannau eraill.

Bydd y gweithdy yn codi ymwybyddiaeth o'r cyfrifoldebau sydd ynghlwm â rôl Cydlynydd FfCD: ennyn brwdfrydedd staff, mapio’r FfCD ar draws y cwricwlwm, gosod targedau adrannol, monitro defnydd o'r FfCD a hefyd monitro effaith y mesurau hyn ar brofiad y dysgwr. Bydd y mynychwyr yn gadael gyda syniadau ymarferol sut i ysgwyddo’r cyfrifoldebau hyn a dod yn atebol amdanynt.

Archwilir meddalwedd OneNote Staff Notebook er mwyn hwyluso'r broses o gasglu tystiolaeth gan wahanol adrannau mewn portffolio electronig.

Bydd rhannu arfer da rhwng yr ysgolion a gynrychiolir yn y gweithdy yn cael ei annog yn gryf a gofynnir i fynychwyr i ddod ag enghreifftiau o'u gwaith gyda gwahanol adrannau fel enghreifftiau o sut i fynd i’r afael â gwahanol linynnau'r FfCD.

Planning for Improvement

This workshop will equip DCF Coordinators in secondary schools with a number of strategies to plan the way forward for incorporating the DCF into the different departments’ schemes of work. Based on the assumption that each school will highlight the DCF as an important element of next year’s School Development Plan this workshop will help the DCF Coordinator to plan ahead. It will focus on building leadership skills concentrating on ways of working together with the Senior Management Team as well as other Heads of Departments.

The workshop will raise awareness of the responsibilities attached to the role of DCF Coordinator, enthusing staff, mapping the DCF across the curriculum, setting departmental targets, monitoring the use of the DCF and also monitoring the impact of these measures on the learner’s experience. Attendees will leave with practical ideas how to approach these responsibilities so that they are able to become accountable for them.

OneNote Staff Notebook will be explored to facilitate the gathering of evidence from different departments in an electronic portfolio.

Sharing good practice between the schools represented at the workshop will be actively encouraged and attendees are asked to bring examples of their work with various departments as exemplars of how to approach the different strands of the DCF.
