Mae mapio cymunedol yn dwyn ynghyd wybodaeth leol, profiadau byw a data swyddogol i greu darlun cydweithredol o le. Mae’n amlygu cryfderau, yn datgelu bylchau mewn gwasanaethau, ac yn rhoi llais i’r rhai sy’n aml yn cael eu gadael allan o benderfyniadau. Mae mapio’n helpu cymunedau i gynllunio, gweithredu, a chydweithio â phartneriaid i wneud eu lle’n well.
Mae’r gweithdy hwn yn ymarferol ac yn weithredol: cyfle i roi cynnig ar ddulliau mapio cyfranogol, datblygu sgiliau, a gweld sut y gall mapio gefnogi gweithredu a chynllunio cymunedol. Byddwn hefyd yn edrych ar sut y gall mapio cynhwysol siapio offer yn y dyfodol megis Porth Data Cymru Wledig LPIP.

Community mapping brings together local knowledge, lived experience, and official data to create a shared picture of a place. It highlights strengths, reveals gaps in services, and gives voice to those often left out of decisions. Mapping helps communities plan, take action, and work with partners to make their place better.
This workshop is practical and hands-on: a chance to try out participatory mapping methods, build skills, and see how mapping can support community action and planning. We will also look at how inclusive mapping can shape future tools like the Cymry Wledig LPIP Rural Wales Data Portal.
