If you are thinking of attending the first Gwent Commercial Tenancy Forum being held at The Parkway Hotel in Cwmbran on Wednesday 26th October, commencing at 6.30pm - REGISTER TODAY!
This FREE event is an opportunity for local business owners who are currently renting their commercial premises to keep up to date on the latest tenancy legislation, speak to other local tenants and have free access to professional and relevant advice.
Based on the format for our private residential landlord forum, this event is informal, relaxed and welcoming.
Our speakers for this inaugral event are:
Mr Andy Harvie, Director of TPG Consulting Ltd, a national firm of Chartered Building Surveyors and Project Managers with offices in Cardiff and Manchester.
Andy formed TPG in February 2012 after spending more than 18 years in the retail and leisure sector running building & facilities departments for blue chip organisations that provide a full range of building surveying and FM services. Andy has been a Chartered Building Surveyor since 1996 and more recently, Andy’s broad range of experience has found him providing solutions to clients with complex multi-site property requirements in the areas of refurbishment and maintenance as well as providing professional services for clients in the areas of dilapidations and party wall matters.
Andy will be focussing his presentation of dilapidations for the purpose of this particular event.
Mr Craig Wyer, Branch Manager for Handelsbanken, Newport. Craig will be discussing the funding that banks, in general, are able offer to business owners and commercial tenants in the current economic climate. If you have any questions along these lines, please do bring them along to be answered.
Why should you attend this Forum?
Our partnership with Green & Co and Seren Living Letting Agency gives us expertise and experience to help you with all aspects of your business and related tenancy arrangements. We will endeavour to provide speakers that match YOUR requirements - a reliable and sound basis for any actions and decisions you might want to take regarding your business. Having this free access to professionals to help you make these decisions, especially when both the law and the financial implications are changing so radically, can be extremely useful.
Experienced representatives from all our partners will be in attendance so you can get the answers you need to those burning questions without having to arrange appointments and enter into sometimes costly fee arrangements.
It is also an opportunity to meet with other landlords to discuss some of the challenges you face on a daily basis and chat to our speakers both before and after the presentations.
We are delighted, therefore, to invite you to join us at our friendly forum delivered in comfortable and relaxed surroundings.
For any enquiries about this event, please contact Penny Jarman at Rubin Lewis O'Brien on 01633 626359 Email: firstname.lastname@example.org

Your hosts for the evening will be QualitySolicitors Rubin Lewis O'Brien in partnership with Green & Co Accountants and SerenLiving Letting Agency.
