The summer holidays are over and the new season of Landlord Forums are back with our first event taking place on Wednesday 28th September.
If you are a landlord and currently letting properties or thinking about buying to let in South Wales and you have not previously attended, pop this in the diary. If you know someone who is a landlord and might be interested, please do pass this invitation on to them - we are always happy to welcome new guests.
Our first speaker will be Douglas Haig, Vice Chair and Director for Wales of the Residential Landlords Association. Douglas will be discussing the new legislative changes facing landlords in Wales. This includes an update on Rent Smart Wales, the Renting Homes Act, Stamp Duty, the Wales Bill and what we can expect form the new programme for Government in the coming years.
Our second speaker is Phil Hathway of Hathways Estate Agents. Phil will be discussing holiday lets so if you use one of your properties in this way don't miss this update.
On Wednesday 26th October we will be launching our Commercial Tenants Forum. This is open to any commercial tenants renting business properties across South Wales. If you ae intersted in registering for this event or know someone who might be, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Why should you attend our Landlord Forum?
Our partnership with Green & Co and Seren Living Letting Agency gives us a cross professional bank of expertise to help you with your Buy to Let property portfolios. We are trying to ensure that our speakers match YOUR needs and interests to provide you with a reliable and sound basis for any actions and decisions you might want to take regarding your investments. Having this regular free access to professionals to help you make these decisions, especially when both the law and the financial implications are changing so radically, can be extremely useful.
Experienced representatives from all our partners will be in attendance so you can get the answers you need to those burning questions without having to arrange appointments and enter into sometimes costly fee arrangements.
It is also an opportunity to meet with other landlords to discuss some of the challenges you face on a daily basis and chat to our speakers both before and after the presentations.
We are delighted, therefore, to invite you to join us at our friendly forum delivered in comfortable and relaxed surroundings.
For any enquiries about this event, please contact Penny Jarman at Rubin Lewis O'Brien on 01633 626359 Email: email@example.com
Our room at the Venue is The Wentwood Suite - walk straight through reception to the double doors at the far end, go through the doors and along the corridor to another set of double doors which is the Wentwood Suite.

Free car parking is available at the front and side of the Hotel building
Your hosts for the evening will be QualitySolicitors Rubin Lewis O'Brien in partnership with Green & Co Accountants and SerenLiving Letting Agency.
The Question and Answer session that follows the Speakers will be your opportunity to ask the questions that concern you and both the Speakers and the Hosts will be happy to respond to your queries during the course of the evening.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

I cannot attend this event, but would be interested in future events. Can I be added to a mailing list?
