The summer holidays are over and the new season of Landlord Forums are back with our first event taking place on Wednesday 28th September.
If you are a landlord and currently letting properties or thinking about buying to let in South Wales and you have not previously attended, pop this in the diary. Douglas will be discussing the new legislative changes facing landlords in Wales. This includes an update on Rent Smart Wales, the Renting Homes Act, Stamp Duty, the Wales Bill and what we can expect from the new programme from the Government in the coming years.

Phil will be discussing holiday lets so if you use one of your properties in this way don't miss this update.
On Wednesday 26th October we will be launching our Commercial Tenancy Forum. This is open to any commercial tenants renting business properties across South Wales. If you are interested in registering for this event or know someone who might be, please contact email@example.com.

The Question and Answer session that follows the Speakers will be your opportunity to ask the questions that concern you, both the Speakers and the Hosts will be happy to respond to your queries.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes of course. If you are unable to attend and want to send someone in your place, or wish to bring guests it would help if you can let us know beforehand but don't worry if you cannot. All will be made very welcome.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
It is not necessary to bring the ticket with you, unless you wish to have the event details to refer to as you travel to the event.
