After our first very successful event of the year held in January, we are now well into 2017 and preparing to welcome our Landlords to our next FREE forum on Wednesday 29th March.
We are continuing to provide a broad range of speakers who can shed a light on important matters which might help you make up your minds as to your future as a property investor. As always, our invitation goes out to all who may be interested so if you know someone who is a landlord or thinking about becoming a landlord, please do pass this invitation on to them - we are always happy to welcome new guests.
Leanne Flanagan, Tax Senior with Green & Co Accountants will be talking about:
The final March Budget taking place on 8 March and how the changes announced will affect you as landlords.
Damian Lines, Head of Wills, Trusts and Probate with Rubin Lewis O'Brien Solicitors will be speaking about:
All aspects of Estate Planning as part of the important area of Preparing for the Future.
Stephanie Taylor of HMO Heaven will be covering:
Her insider secrets on HMOs. Is now the right time to invest?
The 5 easy steps to massively increase the rental income on your buy-to-let properties.
Real life case studies demonstrating how you can double your rental income.
How to enjoy fantastic property cashflow in Newport without any hassle.
Why should you attend?
Our partnership with Rubin Lewis O'Brien and Seren Living Letting Agency gives us a cross professional bank of expertise to help you with your Buy to Let property portfolios. We are trying to ensure that our speakers match YOUR needs and interests, to provide you with a reliable and sound basis for any actions and decisions you might want to take regarding your investments. Having this regular free access to professionals to help you make these decisions, especially when both the law and the financial implications are changing so radically, can be extremely useful.
Experienced representatives from all our partners will be in attendance so you can get the answers you need to those burning questions without having to arrange appointments and enter into sometimes costly fee arrangements.
It is also an opportunity to meet with other landlords to discuss some of the challenges you face on a daily basis and chat to our speakers both before and after the presentations.
We are delighted, therefore, to invite you to join us at our friendly forum delivered in comfortable and relaxed surroundings.
For any enquiries about this event, please contact Katie Williams at Green & Co on 01633 871122 Email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our room at the Venue is The Wentwood Suite - walk straight through reception to the double doors at the far end, go through the doors and along the corridor to another set of double doors which is the Wentwood Suite.

Your hosts for the evening will be Green & Co Accountants and Tax Advisors in partnership with QualitySolicitors Rubin Lewis O'Brien and SerenLiving Letting Agency.
