Questions and comments:
The agenda and relevant documents will be available below. With the aim of running an organised and timely meeting for all attendees, please can we ask you to put any questions or comments to the Chair of Trustees, Marc Leppard, by emailing mleppard@gwentwildlife.org by 7th November 2025, so that he can answer you directly in advance of the AGM where possible. There may be limited opportunity to respond at the AGM, particularly if we have a lot of questions. We will be collecting and recording everyone's questions and comments, however, and you will receive a response as soon as possible afterwards if we run out of time or are unable to answer on the day.
We want to give everyone the chance to consider any proposals beforehand, so please do send the Chair any comments or questions in advance. We will be taking your votes on each relevant item during the AGM. In the event of a tied vote, the Chair will have the deciding vote in line with our governing documents. If you are unable to attend and would like to send in a proxy vote for any of the items, which the Chair will take into account, please email zporter@gwentwildlife.org
You can view all of the AGM papers on our website here.
