Do I need to be a GymBox member to attend?

Nope! This is a public event, you do not need a GymBox membership to join the session.

What facilities at the gym can I use?

GymBox provides towels and mats, so you don’t need to bring your own. You’ll also have access to their showers and changing rooms after the session — perfect if you want to freshen up before heading out.

Can beginners attend the bootcamp?

Absolutely! The session is designed to be fun, inclusive, and challenging for all fitness levels. Whether you're just starting out or you've been training for years, you’ll be able to take part and push at your own pace.

Will there be a party or celebration afterwards?

After you guys hit the showers, we’ll be going to a bar, either “Bat & Ball” or “The Cow”, which are both literally next door to GymBox. This is totally OPTIONAL, but if you’re up for socialising and getting your pre carnival vibes going, then pull up. Good vibes only!
