Aim: This in-person half-day workshop will enable you to create a safe and inclusive space for your volunteers. The workshop will explore best practice in terms of health and safety, support, wellbeing and equality.
Objectives:
• To understand how to apply the law regarding volunteers and recruitment, inclusion, support and supervision, risk management, health and safety and well-being
• To explore good practice and relevant volunteering policies
