The event and parking is on a field.
All updates and the day's programme will be posted via the Plas Llanfair Facebook page and the Facebook event page.
One ticket = one car entry with a maximum of 7 people including children. No minibuses, no caravans, no trailers, no motorhomes.
Please have this ticket or QR code ready to be scanned before entry to our field. The marshals will direct you to the parking area.

SATURDAY August 17 Awst DYDD SADWRN 2024 GŴYL BRIODAS | WEDDING FEST
By purchasing a VISITOR TICKET you agree:
1. to keep your parking area clean and tidy and free from trip hazards throughout the event and to tidy up afterwards
2. to remove all of your rubbish at the close of the event
3. to pick up and bin your dog waste during the day
4. that you are attending this event and park at your own risk and Plas Llanfair Limited and its Directors will assume no liability for any damage caused to you, your dog(s) or your property
5. that you have adequate insurance for your own dog(s) and its liabilities
6. to not fly or use any drones as we are located in a no-drone area for the RAF
7. to keep your dog(s) on leads at all times
8. to be courteous to our neighbours and patient when driving to and from the event as we are along a single track rural lane with some passing places
We will have portaloo toilets available for patrons only. We will have an accessible portaloo.
Entry by Eventbrite ticket only. Tickets are not transferable.
