This gym floor class incorporate strength, cardio and interval training to work you to the max in just 30 mins! Not only will you get a great workout, you will come away with ideas on how to use our state of the art new Outrace Rig in your own workouts.

Please come ready wearing comfortable gym wear and trainers and bring a drink with you.
