Welcome to Gym Mastery for Beginners & Intermediates! 🏋️‍♂️

Join us at the Outdoor Gym located in South Kilburn Open Space during Wednesday lunchtimes at 13:00. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to take it to the next level, this session is perfect for you!

Get stronger and build confidence in using the machines at this well equipped outdoor gym including:

Chest Press | Pull Down | Skier | Cycle | Parallel Bars | Space Walker | Leg Press

Get a full body workout in a fun group setting. Improve your technique and learn how to target specific muscles safely and effectively with expert coaching by our trainer.

Walk-ins are welcome, but spaces are limited. Grab your free tickets to reserve your guarenteed spot.

This free event is supported by CVS Brent and Vistry Group.

The session will be led by a fully qualified and insured fitness instructor, DBS checked, and first aid trained.

Exercises can be modified and adapted for all abilities by our trainer to ensure everyone gets the most out of the session. The session is for anyone over 16 years old, complete beginners are most welcome.

Will the session be cancelled due to bad weather?

The session will continue if there is light rain / wind. In heavier conditions the session will be cancelled
