Gymnastics COACH Workshop 'taught by Nick Ruddock'

We are super-lucky to have former national coach and vaulting expert 'Nick Rudduck' working with a select few coaches at this recreational level coaching workshop.
A 3 hour coach training workshop
Suitable for: Those who are new to coaching and those who want to get some hands on supporting work on the following skills:
1. Backward rolls and backward rolls to handstand
2. Squat Through Vault
3. Handspring Vault
Spaces are limited as we want to keep the learning as personlised as possible with the main focus on confidence and competence in your coaching.
Gymnasts (to help with supports and demos) will be provided.
External (non-Flair coaches) will need to provide a DBS (or CRB) certificate to participate- in advance of the training.
For purposes of the training you will be listed as a Flair coach in training which cover you under our coach to gymnast professional indemnity insurance policy.

ABOUT THE TRAINER 'NICK RUDDOCK'
Nick Ruddock contributed to historic medal winning performances on the international stage throughout his four-year term with British Gymnastics as National Coach. Nick represented Great Britain and Team GB on numerous occasions throughout his national coaching role, culminating with the 2014 Junior European Championships, where the British girls captured a historic six-medal haul including a record Team Silver ahead of European superpower Romania.
Nick’s extensive knowledge has been gained from time spent in several influential countries, including Russia, Romania and the United States, and has learnt and been mentored by some of the world’s most experienced and accomplished coaches.
Nick has lectured as a Technical Expert for the UEG (Union of European Gymnastics) for 5 consecutive years, and continues to support several major sporting organizations and federations around the world from a variety of performance sports.
