We’re just a five-minute walk from Balham Underground (Northern Line) and Overground stations.

Wear anything comfortable that you’d normally wear for a workout, such as leggings or shorts and a top. Please note that during flips and upside-down positions, loose tops might ride up, so snug-fitting tops are recommended.

🕒 Class Schedule:
✨ Beginners: 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM
✨ Intermediate: 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM

Enjoy 1 hour of gymnastics training, focusing on strength, flexibility, and gymnastics skills, followed by Prosecco and social time. Whether you're new to gymnastics or have experience in acrobatics, handstands, or tumbling, our expert coaches will guide you through fun and challenging exercises tailored to your level.
