-Requirements:

  • strict pull-up

  • strict push up

  • 30 seconds wall handstand (stomach to wall)

  • hands touching feet in pancake


-Gymnastics Strength Training:

  • strength/conditioning training

  • bodyweight training

  • mobility

  • joint preparation

  • prehab

  • fitness

  • 'basic' gymnastics elements (manna, handstand, front lever,...)

  • best conditioning for pole (and many other sports)
